  • Hop on the famous Ring of Kerry route, which passes directly in front of Greenane and indulge in the breathtaking views along the wonderful Irish coastline.  
  • Explore the breathtaking views of the Gap of Dunloe. Start at Kate Kearneys cottage and enjoy a 2.5 hour walk along the winding road through the Gap, passing idyllic lakes in the shadows of some of Ireland’s highest mountains. At the end of the gap, you can take a boat from the Gearhameen River through the lakes of Killarney all the way to Ross Castle or enjoy a jaunting cart back to Kates Cottage via the route you just treked.
  • Kayak the majestic killarney lakes and the scenic Kenmare Bay
  • Enjoy the beautiful iconic landscape of Skellig Michel islands with their 1500 year old monastic history. These islands were the featured in 2 star wars movies, The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi
  • Dingle peninsula with its magnificent scenery from Slea head, Brandons head, Dun Quin Pier and the quaint town with its unique little shops and pubs makes for a lovely day trip. Be sure to stop at Inch beach along the way!
  • Killarney National Park one of Ireland's most-loved visitor destinations. With its majestic lakes, mountain trails, water falls plus Muckross House and Gardens. The old Abby ruins and cemetery are a local favorite. You won’t be disappointed!
  • If you’re up for a full day trip, head to The Cliffs of Moher spend a few hours wondering the amazing cliff paths then head down to Bunratty Castle and Durty Nellies for some Irish history and of course, a pint of Guiness!
  • If you’d prefer to stay in the neighborhood instead of driving to the Cliffs of Moher, discover the Kerry Cliffs, a hidden gem of County Kerry. Some say they are the untouched, raw beauty of the Cliffs of Moher.
